«Agrocom Group» resumed company’s results for 2014

*Financial highlights are given on the basis of the weighted average exchange rate of EURO in 2014.

This year company aims at total growth in all business-lines.

According to the «Forbes» magazine «Agrocom Group» is on the list of 200 largest Russian companies, has assets in tobacco and food industry, agricultural branch, package and casing industry, distributive trades. Agrocom group incorporates more than 40 enterprises. General number of employees is exceeding 15 thousands. «Agrocom Group» headquarters is located in Rostov-on-Don.

Total gross sales of «Agrocom Group» grew by 4%  and amounts 1302 million EUROS.

EBITDA – 159 million EUROS.

Annual tax assignments into the country budget- 684 million EUROS. In 2013 this figure amounted 632 million EUROS.

7,2 million EUROS were steered into charity and social projects. In 2013 this figure amounted 3, 5 million EUROS.

Package business-complex (PCF «Atlantis-Pak» LLC)

«Atlantis-Pak» is recognized leader on the market of packaging for meat products and cheese and belongs to the top global companies producing plastic sausage casing.

In 2014 gross sales amounts to 127 million EUROS. Total net sales made 113 million EUROS.

Total export sales- 46,9 million EUROS.

EBITDA-36 million EUROS, that is 2% higher than last year’s figure.

Sales geography covers more than 70 countries of the world: America, Europe, countries of Southeast Asia, Africa and CIS states. Company continues to expand into new territories such as China, New Zeeland and Slovenia

For the purpose of strengthening company’s positions in Europe there was branched out production-logistic centre in Czech Republic, which is used for additional processing of casing, corrugating, block printing. Manufacturer's representatives are located in Germany and Poland.

Tobacco business-complex

«Donskoy Tabak»- is the largest tobacco manufacturer in Russia. Company was founded more than 155 years ago. Parent company is located in Rostov.

At a time when market is contracted (by 9% all over Russia at the level of last year) «Donskoy tabak» got up to the forth market position, increased its market share by 0, 7% up to the level of 8,8%.

The volume of output amounts 31, 2 billion cigarettes in 2014.

Total volume of sales- 32 billion cigarettes.

Brand portfolio of the company contains more than 120 brands of tobacco products. Sales geography: Russia and export markets.

Leaders of the total sales pattern- brands «Donskoy tabak», «Continent», «PLAY», Arktika, «Kiss».

Total volume of export sales amounts to 5,1 billion cigarettes.

Main export markets: Georgia, Iraq, Abkhazia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Iran. In 2014 new export markets were developed: Egypt, French Polynesia, Hungary, Syria, Azerbaijan, Switzerland, Poland, Slovakia.

Gross volume of sales grew by 10% to the level 939 million EUROS.

Total net sales- 285 million EUROS.

EBITDA made 102 million EUROS.

Volume of tax payments grew by 10% and amounts to 638 million EUROS.

European production site of the tobacco business-complex – company Sekap (Xanthi, Greece) in 2014 produced 1,6 billion cigarettes, growth of the output volume is about 8% towards last year. Shipment is about 1,6 billion cigarettes, that is 9% higher than last year’s figure.

Main strategic direction of the company’s business is export. In 2014 Sekap developed some new markets: Armenia, Lebanon, Abkhazia, Moldavia, UAE, and Bulgaria. New products such as «Absolut» Black, «Absolut» Silver, «Absolut» Gold, «Donskoy tabak» 100’s,«Continent» Slims were introduced. Brands «Cooper», «GR», «Absolut» and «Continent» found a market.

Meat business-complex (Group of companies «TAVR»)

Group of companies «TAVR» is the largest meat processor in South of Russia. Group incorporates stock-raising enterprise, slaughter houses, sausage factories, company trade network.

In 2014 volume of output made about 45,9 thousand of tones of sausage and ready-to-cook foods.

Product range amounts 203 items.

In 2014 14 new products were introduced.

Geography of sales covers South of Russia and the North Caucasus Republics. Market share in Southern Federal District- 18,9%.

Main objects outlined for 2015-development in neighboring districts and strengthening of the company’s positions on the ready-to-cook-foods market- this spring TAVR launches the production of potstickers and khinkali.

In 2014 company produced 32,5 million of bottles.

Total volume of sales is about-8 million EUROS.
